1968 Chevrolet El Camino

Description

Selling a 1968 Chevrolet El Camino SS 396 truck. Started to restore it and added new Moog ball joints, new upper and lower control arm bushings, sway bar end links and bushings. New gas tank. New disc brake conversion kit installed. New rear wheel cylinders, shoes, spring kit and drums. Has what looks to be an original turbo 400 trans and 12 bolt posi with 3:31 gears. Included is a 396 bbc engine, new AMD correct tailgate without reverse lights and new hidden compartment pocket behind drivers seat. Orig bucket seat auto console car. I have all the orig parts to put the car back together. Installed rebuilt steering column lower bearing. Has orig 3 spoke steering wheel with ss396 emblem in center. Now has a 307 sbc and was running and driving when I purchased it. Has rust in lower front fenders, lower quarters, a few floor spots, an odd spot on rear wall of cab behind spare tire area. Have new front fender lower patch panels included. Decent Michelin tires. Have center caps and trim rings. Orig vinyl top has a few rust bubbles here and there but does not look bad in my opinion. Clear NC title in my name. Orig color can be seen in door jambs, looks like a blue grey.
Have dash, wiring, SS 396 dash plaque, etc.. orig parts. Installed new firewall insulation pad and installed new seals inside heater core box. 4 core radiator still in place. Real deal 138 big block truck. Have orig steel inner fenders also.
