    Description

    Original timetable book issued by Deutsche Lufthansa airline for services between 1 March and 30 April 1931 specifically for services between Munich, Nurnberg and Fürth (München Nürnberg Fürth), which folds open into a poster showing all Lufthansa services in Europe, from London in the West to Constantinople (Istanbul) in the East. Artwork and typographical design by the master modernist constructivist artist Max Beucke (credited to Atelier Beucke). The Lufthansa fleet at the time consisted mostly of Fokker F.II, Junkers G 24, and Junkers W 34 aircraft.
