    Description

East Meets West Dit Da Jow
East Meets West Dit Da Jow is considered the finest EXTERNAL Dit Da Jow liniment available online, for close to 30 years East Meets West has been offering the Shaolin Dit Da Jow liniment to martial arts schools and individuals with amazing results.
This Dit Da Jow is in a 4oz glass bottle, NOT PLASTIC, always avoid plastic bottles if possible to avoid any Bpa chemicals leaching in the liniment. This product has been aged over four years, East Meets West Dit Da Jow is very thick and not watery or diluted down like most liniments sold today. Aged over 4 years and macerated in Vodka and not rubbing alcohol which can be toxic is very important as some Dit Da Jow sold today has been produced with rubbing alcohol which is toxic if overused so avoid this type of product.
If you are unfamiliar with Dit Da Jow it is a liniment that is applied to an injured or bruised area, it can reduce swelling, make bruises disappear and reduce pain. First attributed to the Shaolin Temple and used by Monks to heal injuries associated with training or combat. Over the last 900 plus years it has evolved into an everyday liniment for people in all walks of life. From people participating in sports or working in the trades to those doing chores around the house Dit Da Jow is used to heal up bumps, bruises, sprains and sore muscles (DOMS).
This should not be confused with iron Palm liniment which is used for conditioning and healing bones, tendon sand ligaments when training in Iron Palm/Iron Hand or if you are recovering from an injury related to the before mentioned. Iron Palm uses different herbs with different properties and is often mislabeled as being the same as Dit Da Jow.
East Meets West Dit Da Jow is the Shaolin Tie Die Da Yao Xiang Jing version that dates back around 900 years and is all herbs and NO ANIMAL PRODUCTS. This is a neutral slightly warm herbal property formula meaning it does not get hot and can be used on injuries where swelling occurs. Hot property formulas should not be used on fresh injuries when there is swelling as it can cause further swelling. Shaolin Tie Da YaoXiang Jing is very similar to the famous Zhonghua Dieda Jiu liniment that is made with Rice Wine being sold in China.
