Advanced Nunchaku Book by Fumio Demura and Dan Ivan, 159 pages
The Dynamic Art of Breaking Book by Pu Gill Gwon, 143 pages
I bought these items when I was in Martial Arts many years ago.
The Makiwara board was used several times for hand conditioning, functions properly, and makes a clack sound when hit.
It is small enough to fit in your gym bag.
The books are excellent references for anyone wanting to advance their skills in Nunchaku and Breaking techniques.
They do not have any writing, stains, or tears on their pages.
I suggest that you read about how to train with a Makiwara strike board to get the most benefit and lessen the possibility of an injury.
