One package (10 domes) of Phonak/Unitron Smokey Domes or Phonak/Unitron 4.0 Domes.  (I have BOTH!!)  These are new from the factory.
These are in stock, not drop-shipped.  They ship from my hearing aid center,  Heartfelt Hearing in Mesa, AZ.
These will fit any Sonova brand hearing aids.
