    Rare New International No.5 Index Typewriter. This was the successor to the Odell brand.
    Excellent Original Condition!!! An example in such amazing original condition and so complete seldom makes itself available nowadays.
    Cosmetically, the typewriter is very good. Excellent paint and embellishments. Lovely original copper flashing. No breaks to the frame. And the type rail is still present (!!!) which is often missing. Obviously there is a little dirt. This example is display ready!
    Functionally, the carriage advances and returns well. The type rail glides smoothly. As far as antique typewriters go, this is considered a working example (but not ideal for regular typing).
    Again, this is an EXCELLENT EXAMPLE!!!
