The WDS Instructor Suit is made of the same lightweight and shock dispersing material as the XP, but has the added advantage of “Impact Mesh” for durability. This mesh covering enables trainers to enhance their programs by adding modified weapons and non-lethal training projectiles, which increase the level of force-on-force training. In addition, RedMan Instructor Suits are made with trauma plates sandwiched between high-density foam for impact dispersion, resulting in better protection.
This suit also features our newest head gear designed for training with these projectiles. The head gear includes the foam head with fog-free safety glasses, a mask with lens, and the head vent cover. These four items should be worn together for maximum protection.
The WDS Instructor Suit is ideal for integrated use-of-force training, as it provides protection for sensitive areas such as the throat, head, and face. The suit also features a flexible joint design that provides superb mobility and protection for the wearer's entire shoulder, arm, and thigh areas.
