Universal Typewriter Ribbon 1/2 Inch X 10 Meters Black/Red -- The Good Stuff!

Here we have a Universal Nylon Typewriter Ribbon, 30 feet (10 Meters) in length, black/red, on plastic spools. This is the good stuff. These spools can be used “as is” for Smith Corona machines (if you tie knots in either end), or rewound onto metal spools for your vintage typewriter. They also will fit many other compatible machines. You are the best judge of what you need, but these Universal ribbons, ½ inch in width, are used by practically all the machines. While Hammonds and Olivers originally used 7/16" ribbons, these will work, just be squeezed a little going through the vibrator.
Each set of spools is sealed in clear plastic, unless I open them briefly to tie knots on either end.  I will reseal them, of course.  All ribbons are fresh, and will work well on your machine. These ribbons are just what you need, at a reasonable price.
Please Note:
Some machines will need ribbons with knots tied on each end, in order to trip the ribbon reverse mechanism. If you need me to tie the knots for you on the ends of your ribbon, please let me know so I can be sure you get them. No extra charge, of course.
