This is a Vintage Westmoreland Glass Ruby Flashed Paneled Grape Oval Split Handled Basket/Candy Dish/Trinket Bowl, in excellent, immaculate, pristine condition.  It was manufactured in the USA between 1967~71.  It measures 6 3/8" in length;  4" in width;  and stands approximately 4 1/4" in height.  There are no flaws or imperfections.
