Westmoreland Paneled Grape Blue glass Cream & Open Sugar Rare To Find. Both have the typical manufacturer's flaws from the factory mold. Usually this blue glass pattern had opal incorporate in the color. Not this set. They are all blue almost a Capris Blue. The pattern is raised and has a good feeling to the glass. No chips or cracks.
